Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

The EcoWorld International Group is committed in creating equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Equality, diversity and inclusion are fundamental to our culture and core values and are aligned with the commitment of the Company to the Sustainable Development Goals approved by United Nations.

1. We promote a healthy and productive working environment where everyone has equal opportunity to develop skills and talents by continuously pushing the boundaries, disrupting the status quo and always rethinking and seeking better ways to create value for all.

2. We foster a culture that respects and values each other’s differences and encourages diverse ideas, perspectives and expertise which can contribute towards creating jobs, homes and communities that are truly sustainable and have a long-lasting positive impact in achieving our vision of Creating Tomorrow & Beyond.

3. We create a work environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect and is free from bullying, discrimination, harassment and victimisation. We will not tolerate bullying, discrimination or harassment of any kind and will not tolerate victimisation of a person for making allegations of bullying, discrimination, or harassment in good faith.

4. We create a work environment that is premised on equality, diversity and inclusion which encourages and enforces:
4.1. Respectful communication and cooperation between all employees and stakeholders;
4.2. Teamwork, participation and perspectives from the Board and all employees;
4.3. Fairness and equal access to opportunities and resources within the organization; and
4.4. Contributions from the Board and employees to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for equality, diversity and inclusion;

This Policy will be reviewed by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company (“NRC”) periodically to reflect changes in the law, demographics and internal business requirements. Any revisions to the Policy as recommended by the NRC will be submitted to the Board of the Company for consideration and approval.
