We are honoured that Embassy Gardens has emerged as a winner of The Edge Malaysia Outstanding Overseas Project Award 2021.

The award-winning Embassy Gardens is a mixed-use development in London that has spearheaded the vital extension of the South Bank and is the centrepiece of Nine Elms – one of Europe’s most significant regeneration projects.

Wrapped around the new U.S. Embassy, the 15-acre riverside neighbourhood will see the creation of over 1,500 new homes, stunning landscape gardens, world-class amenities including the ‘Sky Pool’ (a world first in engineering), 432,278 sq ft of office space across two buildings, 130,000 sq ft of retail space and cafes, bars and restaurants.

Comprising 153 bold and contemporary one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, The Courtyard collection of The Modern apartments is the latest and final collection of homes at Embassy Gardens.
