Eco World International Berhad (EcoWorld International) is a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 3 April 2017. The Company has successfully launched three projects in United Kingdom and two in Australia with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM14.04 billion.
Major shareholders in EcoWorld International are Eco World Development Group Berhad – a well-known Malaysian property developer and GuocoLand Limited – a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange.
EcoWorld International's projects in the United Kingdom comprise three developments in London strategically located along the bank of the River Thames, offering good connectivity to public transportation and community amenities.
London City Island is an island-style residential neighbourhood on the Leamouth Peninsula near Canary Wharf, London. It is also designed as an arts and cultural destination, anchored by presence of the English National Ballet which has chosen to make it their new home. Wardian London, which is conveniently located next to Canary Wharf, features modern architecture with innovative landscaping offering a sense of escape whilst remaining connected to the thriving city. Embassy Gardens, located in the heart of Nine Elms emphasises on design and engineering craftsmanship with its “floating” transparent Sky Pool. It is slated to be London’s new diplomatic precinct.
In Australia, EcoWorld International’s maiden project of West Village, Parramatta is located approximately 24 kilometres west of Sydney’s main central business district (CBD). West Village offers views of Sydney’s CBD and Blue Mountains and is well-connected via transportation links. Parramatta is emerging as the second CBD within the Sydney metropolitan area. The company’s second project in Australia – Yarra One is located in South Yarra, a suburb of Melbourne that houses some of the city’s most prestigious residential addresses. Designed by the award-winning Fender Katsalidis Architects, Yarra One promises to bring a breath of fresh air to the neighbourhood.
